Uldis is in the IT and DevOps-ish field since 2005. He has been leading 150+ DevOps, SRE, and Cloud people for several years, spoken in world-class conferences, and consulted several clients on improving their ways of DevOps. Uldis is also a founder of a local Latvia DevOps community and the DevOpsDays Riga conference.<\/p>\n

Uldis about himself – “I believe there is no \u201csingle me\u201d. While being a techie and agilist by his heart, the last 10 years he has spent learning group psychology, psychodrama, sociodrama, marketing, negotiations, acting, directing, and more. In his professional roles, Uldis often experiments with everything that he has learned to improve cultures and stalling hierarchies.”<\/p>\n
